Our journey to the Jerusalem Biennale began one year ago. Carmelita Greco, IFAF Director, met Rami Ozeri while attending Miami Art Week in Florida last December. The two connected over Rami’s exhibition of Jewish art and spoke at length about the Jerusalem Biennale that he founded in 2013.
Attending the 2017 Jerusalem Biennale was a unique experience. Our encounters in Israel brought our conversation with Rami to life. In this video he tells us about why he started the Biennale. This year, 200 artists captured Rami’s vision to represent diverse perspectives within the Jewish voice.
