This is a short documentary filmed during our visit to the Jerusalem Biennale in Israel.  We saw Between Heaven and Earth’s all male Ka’et dance ensemble perform on the opening night of the Biennale and we knew that we had to fit them into our filming schedule.  The dance took place in the Bezeq Building on Jerusalem’s Chopin Street as a part of an exhibition that examined Jewish masculine identity.  This a dance company that is challenging norms in Jerusalem.  The dancers are all deeply spiritual people for whom dance is a part of their devotion to God.  They have a truly unique story about diverse people connecting through contemporary dance.
